Tanks with dispenser chamber

The tanks with dispenser chamber are complete and portable service stations destined to the distribution of self-service gasoline, diesel and LPG, equipped with tanks with single and double wall and variable capacity. The main use sectors are: road transport, road construction, nautical sector, agricultural sector, industrial sector etc.

The tanks with dispenser chamber are destined to the refuelling of fleets of company and industrial vehicles and they are an excellent solution to have an already completely installed product, ready for use that can be handled with reduced costs of transport.

Besides, they can be designed with tanks of variable capacities and, according to the Customer’s requirements, they can be equipped with a wide range of accessories.

The distributor can be equipped with codification system for monitoring refuelling. For higher safety, the dispenser chamber can be closed with a safety lock.

All the tanks are produced according to the rules EN 12285-2 or DIN 6616.
The used material is mainly the certified carbon steel S235JRG2.
The preparation of the outside surface of the sheets takes place through abrasive blasting at the degree Sa 2.5, according to the rule PN-ISO 8501-1.
Standard epoxy outside coating Class C3, according to PN-EN ISO 12944-2.
